Residential Renovation, Sidney British Columbia
Land’s End, a charming coastal residence, recently underwent a transformative upgrade on its 800 sq.ft upper level to create a more functional living space. The fully redesigned layout features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an expansive walk-in closet, and a cozy reading nook.

Drawing from the romanticism of cottage life and the magical allure of global textures. This custom-designed kitchen glories original architectural elements such as curved beams, a decorative skylight and arched windows. Accentuated by thick plastered walls and an enchanting greenhouse. The overarching concept creates a space that not only serves as a culinary haven but also evokes a sense of wonder and warmth, where every detail tells a story.

Vaughn New Build.
Observe the power of thoughtful space planning! The Vaughn residence serves as a perfect example of how we’ve implemented subtle, yet powerful modifications to builder's plans. Guaranteeing versatility in furniture layouts, optimal storage solutions, and seamless flow and functionality. Special attention was given to the lower live-in suite for Rachelle’s parents, prioritizing their comfort, lifestyle and a smooth transition to make them feel truly at home in their new space.

Bloor West Renovation.
Bringing a whole new meaning to ‘business in the front, party in the back.’ This Bloor West residential/commercial building serves as the owner’s business at street level. Slated for a full extension and rebuild in Spring 2027, the expansion will utilize the rooftop and increased ceiling heights to create a loft-style nest flooded with natural light and architectural detail. Complete with custom millwork, styling, and space planning, it’s an all-out affair.
