Land’s End, a charming coastal residence, recently underwent a transformative upgrade on its 800 sq.ft upper level to create a more functional living space. The fully redesigned layout features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an expansive walk-in closet, and a cozy reading nook.

Observe the power of thoughtful space planning! The Vaughn residence serves as a perfect example of how we’ve implemented subtle, yet powerful modifications to builder's plans. Guaranteeing versatility in furniture layouts, optimal storage solutions, and seamless flow and functionality. Special attention was given to the lower live-in suite for Rachelle’s parents, prioritizing their comfort, lifestyle and a smooth transition to make them feel truly at home in their new space.

Cultskin by Jenn is a highly successful integrative skin studio located in Uptown New Orleans, led by skin expert and multi-hyphenate entrepreneur Jennifer Mills. She intended to expand her business in a unique way, satisfying her desire to travel and offering services to clients nationwide. Jennifer's original ideas coalesced into the concept of converting an Airstream into a spa setting, allowing her to provide an elevated menu of treatments on the road. Here are a few examples of 3D imaging developed as a conceptual framework to better understand how we could transform her brand into a mobile business.

Chelsea’s Live—a reimagining of the landmark Chelsea’s Cafe, stands as a newly established world-class venue situated at 1010 Nicholson downtown Baton Rouge Louisiana. Having thrown open its doors in late 2021, this expansive 6300 sq.ft warehouse features a state-of-the-art sound system, an expansive stage, two bespoke bars, and elevated artist greenrooms. Our involvement included the curation of furniture, lighting, distinctive paint colours, and intricate millwork details. The objective was aimed towards honouring heritage, injecting vibrance, and achieving a sublime experience for both guests and artists.
